The Donkey Sanctuary is a global charity dedicated to improving the lives of donkeys and mules worldwide. They rescue, rehabilitate, and provide lifelong care for abused and neglected animals, while also advocating for their welfare through education and outreach programs. With projects in over 30 countries, six public-facing UK sanctuaries, which help promote donkey-human interaction and seven closed farms that provide a refuge for rescued donkeys, they work tirelessly to ensure a brighter future for these often-overlooked animals. Giving them all a life of loving care, free from suffering.
